SaveMore+ Merchant Agreement
This Merchant Agreement governs your participation as a merchant partner on the SaveMore+ platform operated by Logique Idéale Inc.
1. Merchant eligibility and authority
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to bind the business you register.
2. Business verification
SaveMore+ may verify business information, registration numbers, and authorization before approving offers.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
4. Offer approval
SaveMore+ may approve, reject, modify, or remove offers that do not meet platform standards.
5. Offer availability and redemption limits
You must maintain accurate availability, schedules, branch eligibility, and redemption limits.
6. Honouring valid offers
You must honour valid member redemptions according to published offer terms.
7. Prohibited products, services and misleading promotions
You may not publish prohibited offers or misleading pricing, availability, or savings claims.
8. Pricing and tax responsibility
You are responsible for pricing, taxes, receipts, and regulatory compliance.
9. Intellectual property licence
You grant SaveMore+ a licence to display business names, logos, images, and offer content for platform operation and marketing of the platform.
10. Customer complaints and refunds
You are responsible for resolving customer service issues related to your offers, subject to applicable law.
11. Fraud, misuse and suspicious redemptions
SaveMore+ may investigate suspicious activity and suspend redemptions or accounts when misuse is suspected.
12. Platform fees and payment terms
Applicable fees, commissions, or billing terms will be disclosed separately before charges apply.
13. Account suspension and termination
SaveMore+ may suspend or terminate merchant accounts for violations, fraud, or risk to members or the platform.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided as described in our Terms of Use, with limitations on liability to the extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SaveMore+ for claims arising from your offers, business operations, or breach of this Agreement.
16. Confidentiality and personal information
You must protect member and platform information and comply with applicable privacy laws.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
18. Changes to the agreement
We may update this Agreement with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Electronic notices
You consent to receive notices electronically at the email address associated with your account.
