These Terms of Use govern your access to the SaveMore+ website, mobile applications, and related services operated by Logique Idéale Inc. ("SaveMore+", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) and reside in Canada to create an account.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or transfer membership benefits except as permitted by your plan
- Misuse offer codes or attempt to redeem offers fraudulently
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt our platform
- Post false reviews or misleading content
Offers and merchants
Offers are provided by participating merchants and may change without notice. SaveMore+ does not guarantee availability, quality, or suitability of any merchant product or service. Disputes regarding goods or services are primarily between you and the merchant.
Intellectual property
All SaveMore+ branding, software, and content are owned by Logique Idéale Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute our materials without permission.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaveMore+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
