Required offer information
- Accurate title and description
- Clear redemption instructions
- Valid dates, times, and branch eligibility
- Honest savings representation
Prohibited practices
- Bait-and-switch pricing
- Hidden fees not disclosed in offer terms
- Offers that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
- Duplicate or misleading listings
Member experience
Offers should be easy to redeem and staff should be trained to honour valid member redemptions.
